Very limited functionality

The app can't do most of what I want it to do; most of the comments or complaints I have aren't reportable by the app. I'd also like to be able to send photos for more issues. I've had some location issues too, where it identifies me in the wrong place and i have trouble changing the address.

I live on west 145th in harlem next to Jackie Robinson park When you select parks the first park that shows up is Jackie Robinson park in Brooklyn Can someone please fix this?
Wish this app had more bite

Seems not to many people know about this app which makes me question how seriously complaints are taken. as a cyclist, it would be better if we could submit photo evidence against motorists who obstruct lanes or endanger other non motorists that resulted in actual fines. Letting us do this would make the streets safer, raise revenue and empower normal citizens.

The app does not provide a service reference number for the report. Without it, it's impossible to find out if any action has been taken to address the complaint. Use the web.

Got caught in captcha purgatory. Denied me twelve times so I couldn't submit noise complaint
App is broken

Wont accept the complaint. Says, "enter the following letters you see in the graphic", bit when you do, it says, "incorrect, try again".

This app is terrible. I am unable to make a complaint because the Captcha will not be accepted. I am typing in the correct letters, but the system is saying it is incorrect, even when I type it in all caps or all lower case.
