Wish this app had more bite – NYC 311 Review

Seems not to many people know about this app which makes me question how seriously complaints are taken. as a cyclist, it would be better if we could submit photo evidence against motorists who obstruct lanes or endanger other non motorists that resulted in actual fines. Letting us do this would make the streets safer, raise revenue and empower normal citizens.
