Fix the app

Perhaps deblasio doesn't want his stats ruined, so can't make complaints..!!

They don't do nothing there was a white van with blacked out windows no license plate somebody covered the Vin I reported numerous times and nobody ever came and check it out. Also somebody was blocking my driveway at 1 pm in the afternoon they, show up at 10. Really.

This is a great app when they block my driveway. I just report it and sometimes is fast and sometimes is slow but they do put a ticket on the car blocking

Closes complaint as soon as it's made

I tried sending in a noise complaint with something I've been dealing with for a while now, and as soon as I put in the complaint, it closed it and said no further action was needed. It manage to investigate my noise complaint within three seconds? Terrible. When it doesn't do that, it tells me there's an error and the city wasn't able to create my complaint. Unbelievable

App won't submit form

App is super-convenient for filling out form for blocked driveway complaint, HOWEVER "submit" button no longer works, rendering app useless.

Lacks basic complaints forms for missed garbage collection but has prominent fields for taxi riders who forget stuff in the back seat. Get your priorities straight 311!!!!
