Very limited functionality – NYC 311 Review

The app can't do most of what I want it to do; most of the comments or complaints I have aren't reportable by the app. I'd also like to be able to send photos for more issues. I've had some location issues too, where it identifies me in the wrong place and i have trouble changing the address.
