As of yet I cannot login to the stupid app I set up an account I chose a password when I tried to do anything you asked me to login but I try to login it says one email per account and so I can’t login!!!

Unreliable Bus Times

I just love when the app says the bus is 5 minutes away as I’m across the street from the station. Then the bus comes and goes as I’m waiting.

Since we store the credit card in the App. One should not have to keep putting in the CVV code each time you buy a ticket. Useless step. Inconvenience.

It's pretty much impossible to find a bus route using the logic "I'm HERE and I want to go THERE". If you haven't lived here for ten generations and don't have the ancient names of the major routes in your dna, you're basically out of luck. The concept of address or even cross-street locations of stops is completely ignored. You pretty much have to walk to a stop and get the code off the sign to get even sketchy information.
Bus schedule not accurate

177 and 167 estimated times of arrival are not always accurate. Says “Bus delayed” and shortly after a bus will appear at stop.
