How long has this app been out and why does it still not list secaucus as an option?

I’ve been using this app for years. Works great mostly but cannot for the life of me figure out why Secaucus is not an option to select as the departing or arriving station but is listed as a transfer station when applicable. Please fix this because that’s my main station and it’s rather frustrating.

the app won’t let me login to buy a ticket. it keeps telling me to use the exact email i already am using to login. don’t know how to now pay for bus now. not accepting cash is harder for those without a phone or a card.
Too many freezing moments

The app is starting experiencing problems too often. 3 in the past 3 weeks. The app would spin without being able to buy or display tickets. This made me miss buses from GW bridge three times.
