I’m unable to bring up the app on my iPhone6. I tried everything including reinstalling it. It used to work before. Mytix support people are unable to help.

Good app! Great information and very useful. Few bugs now and then, specially when logging in. They definitely need to make it global (only available in USA App Store) because tourists and visitors can’t download it and get the advantage of it.

Sometimes activating the ticket will cause an error message to pop-up which causes you to log out and restart the app multiple times.

App won"t open

I am writing to report a glitch on your app. It won"t open from a week ago. I stopped by Apple center and found there is no IOS problem. My phone is Iphone 6. Thank you.

This app it’s not available for tourists to download. In other countries the public transport app it’s available for anyone who wants to use the service, regardless of citizenship.
