This happens to me every other day — I wouldn’t be able to log in to the app and the dialogue window says “only one account allowed per device” — and I only use one. Super frustrating.
Difficulty finding bus stops

To find the bus stop as destination is not always easy. The system recognizes different names for the same bus stop and cannot find your specific one.

It is easy to use and has become a commuter go-to for me! It’s very intuitive and allows you to save favorite trips for ease of ticket purchase. NJT made some great improvements over the last year. Keep up the great work!
No cash

I love the fact that you don’t have to use cash anymore on the buses and you use your smart phone they should’ve did this years ago excellent idea it’s safer for the riders and for the bus driver not holding money plus the bus driver I don’t have to make change the ride goes a lot faster if he use your smart phone
Login issues

I’ve had this app for a long time now and now I can’t log Into my account to access my bus card. It was working fine Saturday morning and then Saturday afternoon when I tried to log in to access my ticket it said “ Invalid ID/Password” even though I used the same password for almost over a yr now. I tried to reset my password and when I received the link to reset it the page didn’t load up, refreshing it didn’t work either. I put my email it to get another reset code and again and the same thing happened. So it the next day now and I still can’t log in, I uninstalled and installed the app twice and the same results. I then tried to just create a new account. My account was created and it told me to log in, I put in the information and the same error message popped up. I filed a report and I’ve heard nothing yet. I heavily depend on this app so this is a major blow.
