Love that I can: - accurately see the bus arrival time at my bus stop - see arrival updates in real-time, refreshed every minute - see bus capacity now as low-med-high These are very cool feature updates. Thank you!

The app is hard to navigate and does not offer any helpful information or options, it doesn’t tell you when the trains are coming, it’s very hard to identify which line you need to buy a ticked for, the names of the different routs does not match the ones on the limited map offer.

Had trouble buying tickets on line. It never showed on my ticket line to be activated and the money was definitely out of my account. Send a email to costumer service and no response yet!

Online ticket acquisition makes my travel a lot easier. It's fast and no hassle at all. No rush to get my ticket ahead of time. Checking my trip schedule is a lot cozier either. I Highly recommend online transaction of ticket and for any other stuff you wanna check with regards to NJTransit. ❣❣

Every once in a while the app gets weird and it doesn’t let me go through, it keeps saying allowed one account per divise and I’m the only one using it! It has happen A LOT, supper annoying!
