Downloaded and tried to lookup a schedule for a bus. User interface has stops in alphabetical order, rather than in stop order. If you don’t know their name for the stop you can’t find it. Scheduling a trip does not work. You can’t enter the start time.

Give us option to stop monthly tickets from coming up and hijacking the brightness. This absolutely ridiculous.

The app works for ordering your tickets but after that it falls short everywhere else. My biggest gripe is that it jacks up my brightness and doesn’t have the consideration to return it to normal. Starbucks figures out how to do this effectively, please fix. All the rest of my concerns fall under the horrendous UI. So any improvements would be welcome there.

It was great while it worked, not the best looking app or the fastest but it did its job until it didn’t. Two tickets were activated after the app presented me with a date synchronization error, once I noticed I sent a message using the app but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received any responses.

Every time it shows a ticket or pass it puts your brightness up to 75% but never lowers it (like the Wallet app does) so I have to always remember to lower my brightness. My eyes and battery are unhappy.

I don’t know what happened with the recent update but now Departure Vision rarely works. It freezes all of the time and the times that it does work it doesn’t show tracks or arrival times.

When buying a ticket it sets to full screen brightness.
