Fix the app please
Blahblablughblahblughhhh
You know the blinking part on the bottom, sometimes, when you open the app, or let me rephrase, pull it back up from earlier, that blinking part on bottom doesnt work. It seems like not a big deal since you just restart the app and it works fine, however when a bus driver starts accusing you in front of whole bus that im trying to pass with a fake ticket, and telling me to step down from bus while im trying to pull the app back up, its freaking rude, not to say embarrassing. Can you please fix it so that we dont find ourselves in such a spot, and can rely on the app to work properly when we push the app icon , and pull the app up on screen? We pay tons of money for monthly tickets, i think we deserve smooth app service, let alone a little bit of human to human respect when boarding the bus. Idk this is really frustrating. Ive used this for years, i don’t remember having this issue before, it must have been with one of the latest updates, that this started happening. Thanks in advance

An app that makes my travel life easier. Not hard to navigate (so to speak). Makes life cheaper and easier.

I downloaded the APP onto an IPhone 6 running IOS 12.5. I clicked on the APP icon and the opening screen displayed for about a second and then disappeared. I deleted the APP since it was non functional.
App no longer works on iPhone 6s

App no longer works. Banner page opens for split second then disappears. Unable to access purchased tickets. Problem started Dec 15, ‘21. Reinstalled app, restarted phone, zero capacity issues with phone. Please fix.
Easy To Use

Being a senior, it is nice to have such a great way to get around town conveniently. I am not tech savvy and found the NJ Transit app easy to use and navigate. I had 4 buses to choose from daily to get into the heart of NYC.

You would think this app is very useful but it isn’t! I have tried multiple times to create an account just in case I need to travel to and from the city only to no avail. Every time I try to create an account it always tells me that password is incomplete. I can’t do much with this app since it’s very useless. I highly doubt the app will fix this issue. Don’t waste your time on it if you plan on buying a ticket.
