Hardly ever starts the car

The car starts maybe 30% of the time. What a joke. I had an auto start with drone mobile which always started the car within 10sec if that long. This app (if it works) takes 1-2 min to even start the car or even tell you that it didn’t work. Soooo Dumb

If this app had a negative star I would give it to the developers. The app stopped working for a while and now it prompts me to call customer service so they can try to convince me to upgrade to the paid version but I refuse too.

Let me preface this by saying a few things need to happen for this system to work. First: Your dealership MUST complete the Owner Services tab in the NCAR delivery tablet. If they don’t do this you are already making life harder. Secondly, you must have a vehicle with the SOS button on the overhead console, if you don’t, this app WILL NOT WORK. PERIOD! With that out of the way, the system works great. I love starting the vehicle from my phone. I fly a lot and I can start the vehicle as I am walking out of the airport (key doesn’t have that range.) I have yet to use the SOS, but knowing that if my airbags are deployed the system will reach out to someone who can help is a great feature. Have you ever misplaced your vehicle? Ever worried about the speed of the vehicle while your kids are driving? Worry no more, this system will keep that in check for you. Modern technology is great, just make sure you have the dealership do their job and get you setup.


App and Service Not Reliable

Been using this app and service for 6 months during free trial. Used daily despite the challenges hoping to see improvement and justify subscribing to monthly service. I will not be subscribing. App logged me out weekly though I had the remember me setting selected. The app also had issues running once a week locking up where I had to close and open app. On the service side for the 80% of the time when the app worked, I also had an issue starting or locking the car once a week on average as well. The inconsistencies were consistent despite reinstalls of app on multiple devices and service attempts in many different locations for reception. Like the subject line noted, the app and service are simply not reliable


Good Start... Needs some Updates

The new UI is much improved. I like the wearable, but it is dependent on being logged into the mobile app for it to work. It shouldn’t be dependent on the mobile app. Other than that, I really like the new look and feel. I like that it shows my car, but it would be cool if it had my car color. Can’t wait for more services to come.

I like the redesigned, clean and more intuitive interface, but more than anything the faster response times from the car. At the beginning it was confusing because there were several apps when you search for Nissan, but if you get this one, the NissanConnect Services, it’s a great upgrade from before. Great when used with TouchID. Very handy to have your car warmed up and ready to go on these winter months.

Great features to connect with the car. This makes life easier, especially in the get when I can cool the car down before I get in! Also love the vehicle tracking features, great safety idea. Can't wait to use more of this, def. recommend.
