I bought a 2021 titan and was told to download this app.This app doesn’t work all the time. It tells me my doors have to be locked which they are and still doesn’t start the truck I have or unlocks or anything. I’ve had the truck since Black Friday apprx 2 weeks and I’ve only managed to start or unlock through the app 3 times. My cousin has the app for the GMC Sierra and his works every time he uses it. Really considering deleting the app and if I would have known it wasn’t going to work even getting the titan I got. Very unimpressed.

Why isn’t the 2020 Nissan Kicks SR not compatible with app? Really disappointed.

I’ve had a number of issues with it actually working to unlock/lock and start my vehicle. Thought I’d give it another try and ended up locked out of our vehicle in 20degree temps. Called Customer Support and they were less than helpful. Suggested that I should call Nissan customer service, but oh by the way they’re closed right now. Thanks. Thanks.

Good app. I used it to start my car and to locate my car sometime. It is a useful service to have. I don’t think it should be $ 20 a month, maybe $ 10.00 a month. I’m in Phoenix az and when I get off work I have to drive to get my car so I will used remote start with the app to turn it on.

I really enjoy the Geo-location, remote functions of on/lock and others. This last bit is a jab at car manufacturers in total not just Nissan. These function should be included in the price of the car and not an additional subscription. The first car I purchased that had these very same features, a Lincoln MKZ 2014. It was no charge after the purchase. Just my opinion, everyone has one. Otherwise love it, and will subscribe for as long as I think I am getting the value.

So I purchased the car used and when I start the car the media screen says Nissan connect but when I enter the VIN number it says no go? My question is why ...car companies make it SO hard to take advantage of services like this and it makes NO sense. Kevin Lupo Midland Pennsylvania
