When I purchased my vehicle in December 2018 I download the app. I was pleased with the services it offered. My trail period ended and I begin to pay for the subscription and that's with my troubles began. They did an upgrade in September and nothing has worked right since. One of the main reasons I opt for paying for the services was because of the app. Boy was I wrong. Since September I think I may have had four days of the app actually working. It is now mid October. I'm going to give them another couple of weeks and if they don't get the services fixed in the app I'm going to in my services. Nissan how you some real at T folk that I understand how to set up apps that work with your system and in this nightmare of an app that you have upgraded to.

I have a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder system hasn’t worked yet they keep telling me it’s because of an upgrade and they’re working on it. I called Nissan customer service they told me to get a lot of complaints about the company and they haven’t done anything

I love NissanConnect and Nissan. The app works perfect. They just did a upgrade that took a little bit to work. But it works great now. I use the remote start a lot. I’m crossing my fingers that they add the Apple Watch to the app. PLEASE. PRETTY PLEASE ??
Make it functional
This ap, like the entire in-car digital user experience is buggy, slow, antiquated, and works when it wants to. I get this ap to start my car about 50% of the time and will definitely cancel after the free trial. Sometimes the ap says the car failed to start, but I get to it and it's running. Most of the time it just doesn't work. Nissan, stop developing this in house, you're good at making cars, outsource the digital expletive to google so it works. When the car costs $40k+ the buggy ap should be free with purchase

Buy a 60k truck and the system fails at login. No expected time for a fix so Nissan has failed their customers. Pure junk. I'll never buy another Nissan product. Update::: Still no fix and being lied to makes it worse. I see a class action lawsuit in the making and I will be on the top of the list. POS company.

The new update looks good but simply doesn’t work It may work 1 out of 10 times plus it’s a paid service after a period of time No one is going to pay for a service that doesn’t work It’s a Nissan app powered by XMRADIO So I don’t know who’s at fault here I really disappointed

Played with the app today, was excited at first. Figured out it was a waste of time. The app is slow, takes forever to do anything. I’m very disappointed in this product.
I don't have a nick name!
Disappointed with the service. Remote service failed to start, boundary alert popping out in the car even I turned it off in the app. Once free trial is over will not pay for unreliable service. Nissan, either fix the service and app or give it up and hire some real IT company to do it right. You should extend the free service for all of us until you make it reliable. Don’t be greedy for few bucks as this can damage your reputation. You build great cars but not software.

After a month of leasing a new 2017 Altima, I’m still can’t use this app. Calling almost every day just to receive the same answer: “ we are working on it”. I just hope they fix the annoying “proof of ownership” bug before my lease is over. And they hope I’m going to pay 20 dollars a month?
