Continues to Crash

I have yet to get this app to actually allow me access to anything. It crashes the minutes I log in. I have been trying to utilize for over 6 months....NOTHING. Have deleted and re-installed multiple times. I am DONE! Oh and my LINCOLN app NEVER failed me! Just an FYI for you app creators!
Horrible for my Titan

Horrible for my Titan. Will not remote start ( only once) and intermittent works locks or car finder. Called several times, even had special tech call me back. Very frustrating.
Needs improvement

Originally, I was going to give it 1 star. I really struggled to get it set up properly. Doing the setup on my Windows PC seemed to be easier than trying on my iPhone. The feature that I was most looking for was the ability to send new route information from iPhone to Nissan nav center. I can now do it but it is counter-intuitive at best. Remote start and remote unlock seems to work well though not as quickly as I would like.
Worst ever customer support

This is the worst ever app. Have been trying to get it to work for 5 days and now that is the weekend all customer support can say is sorry we have to escalate this problem and they won’t be in till Monday. I recommend never buying a Nissan product. The problem being my car has been stolen and all they can say is sorry. I have never felt so abandoned and walked on as I do right now. Negative 5 stars
App doesn’t work

I’ve had my 2018 Pathfinder for about a week, and out of that week the app has only worked one day. Needless to say I won’t be subscribing once the trial period is over.
Takes forever to start my car

It works half the time. And when it does, it takes sometimes between 5-15 mins to start my vehicle. That’s insane! Also, Chevrolet and GMC technology is amazing. My husband has a Chevy Silverado and wow at what all his vehicle infotainment has vs my $56k vehicle! Nissan is waay behind.

So just downloaded the app & went to register my vehicle. When trying to do so, it keeps telling me “invalid entry” when setting my password even tho I follow ALL of their requirements. Like how the hell does one even register? I might update my review later down the road once/if I’m ever able to get registered.
