I can't get it to work

I am testing out remotely starting my car or opening doors and all I get is cannot access vehicle. I think services has to work to use the SOS feature right? Horrible so far.

App been down you a month!

Don't waste your time, this app has been down for a month. Every time I call, the idiots on the other end of the phone tell me they are working on it and have no idea when it will come back on line! I paid for three years, my lease is three years...and they're gonna give me a free month! I hope they are referring to an additional month on the lease!

The app used to work fine. Ever since the last update it won’t find my vehicle. Absolutely worthless.


Cannot log in

Set up an account on Nissan's website for our recently purchased 2017 vehicle but the app has refused to accept the username/password combination for a week now. Zero chance we'll pay a monthly fee for service once the trial ends given the app doesn't work.


Remote services not working

Got the app two months ago. Remote lock /unlock does not work. Nissan client care has NO timetable to correct this. They are offering at least 1 month credit—. But for now it is down for about a month or so. What a bummer for Nissan new car owners Hope they fix this


Unacceptable App !!!

Bugs, bad functionalities, bad UI, and more ! Unacceptable for a company like NISSAN. Very disappointed of ALL the systems developed by NISSAN, this iOS app and the software in the car itself (Phone/GPS/Music player, etc.). The software installed in the NISSAN cars is bugged and poor ;-(((((

That’s what I’m told every time I call that they’re working on it and they will contact me when it’s fixed and that was months ago, I really don’t think that will happen. Should have bought the Colorado I was looking at!
