The app is total trash, it will take a long time to send a command to the vehicle from the phone. The app should be made according to the customer’s satisfaction but this app is total opposite to it!

Why hasn’t Nissan addressed the issue with it not working yet. Highly disappointed autostart never worked. Other features work half the time. Compared to drone mobile I would go with drone 100%. Once this expires I’m out.

I bought my 16 Maxima 2 years ago and i still can’t even open the app....i just crashes and that’s it....40k car one of the biggest cars manufacturers and such a poor app

An update came out for the app. I was excited to see that they where going to add Apple Watch. I did the update and now I can’t even use the app. Nothing is working I delete the app and installed it again and still nothing. Don’t update there many bugs and the Apple Watch is not working.

The navigation in the car is trash and this app is horrible. I am not renewing my subscription when it fails and the reviews speak volumes.

Saw the update that was available and got excited so downloaded it. Before things worked 70% of the time with my 2017 Maxima, now NOTHING works! If Nissan can’t figure this out soon definitely not paying for continued service. I can’t see my car at work so was really excited to remote start with this ?

Used to work perfectly, but now works 50 percent of time. When my trial ends, it was a no brained that I’d renew. But now it is not worth paying for. Get it fixed and I’ll renew, otherwise forget it.


app needs to be verified in details

This needs to be reviewed. Using Bing maps was a bad idea. It just don’t work and can’t find my vehicle in Puerto Rico. However, using the service in the web my vehicle was found. please use google maps for this and make sure your testing includes Puerto Rico. even connecting my phone directly to the car the app cannot find it.

Only reason I got this car ....the 2017.5 Nissan Rogue ...next to the top of the line with almost every available feature was I was lead to believe I could remote start from the app. However, my option to start/stop is a big blank area. I subscribed to full packages of both xm and the nissan connect JUST FOR THAT and was shocked that it’s not there. Just blank. Every other feature works except the only one I WANT. ?
