I would have given 0 stars but I couldn’t. I’m upset I can’t even use the app. I have a 2019 Sentra and it says it can’t take my vin. I’m disappointed to not be able to use the app because it has such great reviews. If they could expand on the vehicles it can be used on that would be great.
haven't been able to use the app for 2 weeks now. Says server is down. Please fix the server so I can use my app please.
Added timed starts so that vehicle will start at pre programmed times like other brands.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s awesome to have the capability of remote starting and unlocking from a phone but you definitely don’t want to rely on it.
I can open the app once after restarting my phone and it works fine. After that if I open the app I just get a blank screen.
I loved having this when I first bought my car I was so upset when my free trial ended. When it went on sale I knew I had to get it! So worth it. I work at a hospital and the walk to my car after a long shift takes forever. In the winter it’s the worst getting into a cold car. Now I don’t have that problem. I LOVE NISSAN CONNECT!!!!
