Should be a free feature after 6 months if you’ve purchased a $30k vehicle. But nonetheless it works as advertised.
No Murano 18 connection!

So after Buying a 2018 Murano the app doesn’t work with my vehicle. How is that even possible. Total BS that I can’t enjoy the same functions of my 2014 Ram like this is the older lesser vehicle. Very Sad!

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Altima, the lower class model and this app doesn’t work for my car. This app should work for every newer models.

I am currently in a 2017 Rogue Sport, my second consecutive Nissan Rogue. I have never used a Nissan app because I could never get an account established on my 2015 and decided screw it. Now I have a 2017 and when I installed the Nissan Connect app I was told I am not authorized to use it. So I decided screw it again, I have better things to do then sit on the phone with a support agent trying to get an app to work that has horrible reviews. Now on to this one....entered in all the necessary info to set up an account and guess what, the customer portal is down and wants me to call customer care. Fat chance, I seen enough from the reviews I don’t need it that bad. I had a GMC Acadia Denali and it had by FAR the best voice interaction and app, FREE AS WELL NISSAN. How can you charge for something that doesn’t work? If you bought a Nissan based solely on the infotainment system you are surely hating life right now, glad I didn’t. Probably wasted my time writing this review, not sure why I expect them to do anything about. HERE YOU GO NISSAN, you get a BIG ??for your apps and Infotainment System, and a BIG ??for all the trouble you put people through dealing with it.

This is a great and much needed update for this app! The UI improvements are immediately noticeable and the use of TouchID makes this app more likely to get some use out of me. The prior version required too many taps to make it worth while. I did have to restart my phone before it would work, so if you're having problems, try that. Can we expect an Apple Watch app next???

So, if my car is in a garage or not getting a SiriusXM signal the stuff won't work? I hope this isn't the case, because that's pretty stupid. If I'm mistaken, please let me know.

The app worked perfect before. Now it takes like Five to Ten minutes to start a car? That's if it starts at all. If it's not broke.... don't fix it!
