Beyond slow

As others have said, you could walk to the car and turn on the heater faster than you could get into this app and do it. The recent driving history seems to be missing a great deal of driving history. The app claims it's unable to do things at times. This is just a horrifically poorly written app that clearly had zero budget put into it. When longer range EVs come on the market, this app will help me decide which brand not to buy next time.

Nissan needs to improve this app. It is very slow, crashes many times, and needs a refresh of the interface and capabilities.
Not working at all after TCU upgrade

Nissan, you asked us to pay for a TCU upgrade to keep the connect functionality, then you make it non functional?? I want my upgrade money back. Tesla - in glad I ordered a model 3 on day 1. Don't let me down Elon.

Just joining everyone else to say this app is unbelievably slow and often won't connect. Just got a used 2015 Leaf, so dad this app is worthless. A friend has a Chevy Bolt, his app works great, from GM no less!

I'm on my third Leaf, a wonderful car. I've used this app from day one. It is the worst! Always has been. I use it only to set the the timer for the heat since its so slow. I am now exploring other apps.
Shut down due to security hack

The app has been shut down due to a security vulnerability. After hacking enthusiasts and security consultant Troy Hunt reported to the world that the Nissan Leaf electric car featured a software vulnerability that could allow for outside individuals to take over control of certain vehicle systems, the automaker has announced that it is shutting down the app in question until it can address the vulnerability.
Doesn't work

Cannot connect to car. Hasn't worked for a long time. Paid money to upgrade TCU and cannot use carwings from the app or online. Beyond frustrating!
