App not like preview screen shots

'mitty

The preview screen shots show features I don’t see on most recent (6.0.4) version. App fails to update status of battery. Does not show that car is plugged in...EXCEPT AT THE MOMENT YOU RE-INSTALL IT! Otherwise, it’s just like the last version. The one that didn’t fail.

No longer works !

Gudmundur Thor

This app replaced my fully working “European” version of the app with a “US” version that no longer accepts my credentials. It’s now only for US & Canada. Nissan should look to the Tesla app if they want an example of how these things should be done. I can’t believe that Nissan requires me to have a German App Store account just because I happen to have a car that was bought there. Useless! I don’t think there is any point in leaving a review here as car buyers are not likely to read these reviews until after they have already bought the car and Nissan obviously doesn’t give a....

Complete Failure From Nissan Yet Again.

Cannot sign in. Made new account. Still cannot sign in. Will never buy another Nissan product ever again- at 50,000 miles on my 2012 Leaf and can only drive 40 miles range max - complete bait and switch from the start all the way to the end with this car and Nissan promises - then they get out of taking responsibility for warranty they promised by class action - this car ruined the Nissan brand for 3 generations of our family. Promised a working app to warm it up in Winter - app never works.

Unable to login with correct credentials

I’d love to check out this new app as the old one was in desperate need of a rewrite. Unfortunately even with correct credentials that work on Nissans website I am still told incorrect credentials on the app. Would have been nice if this was properly tested before release. Or if they just didn’t discard my saved login in the first place like most other decent apps.

Too buggy

MonsterTrosity

App UI is actually nice, and adds the feature to turn off climate control which is good, but this app is far too buggy. For example, on the old app, I had configured SMS notifications. The new app supports push notifications, so I tried to change them, but it won’t save. Tried saving it on both my iPad and iPhone, and neither would update. Also, I get many more issues trying to get status update or communicate in general to the car than I did with the old app. Hopefully they will fix this soon, and the next version will be better.

Pretty but still misses the needs of drivers

The new app still has some issues, the charge times are not correct and it would be nice to have some indicator to let you know the rate you are charging at like the old app used to show. It lags a lot more than my Tesla app does and both cars communicate with a 3G TCU over AT&T towers. Obviously the issues are with Nissan.

Terrible!!! update!!!

Terrible, mine won’t work at all. Most inconvenient after finally upgrading to 3G network (which wasn’t cheap) worked great for a month until this, now not working at ALL !!!!

Buggy app

sadamoda

Email sent from Help returned as undeliverable. While the battery is at 33% charge, App shows that it would take just 2 hours for trickle charger vs 4 hours for 6.6 kW charger.

Continuous Disappointment

Mmman

Nissan has never gotten this right. New edit: Now they’ve even lost the ability to distinguish between charging and just plugged in (with no power). This means you can’t tell when a charging station has cut out. So, even worse than before!

No iphone X support

Blameitonben

Why spend all that time rebuilding an app from scratch and leave out support for the new update flagship phone, even 2-3 months after its orginal release. Refreshing the status of the car rarely works, requiring multiple request to actually get it to update. 1/2 the time I request remote climate it fails to deliver on the latest version. Never had an issue on version 4.
