Functional, but could be a lot better

The app works, and allows you to check charging status, remotely enable/disable climate control, and see the vehicle's location. In theory, it can notify you when certain events happen (charging completes, for example) but I have yet to receive a single notification from the app, either via iOS or SMS.

This app works but leaves a LOT to be desired. Starting up the app is deathly slow. Many improvements are needed. Simple things like I can't set a timer to repeat at the same time every day or even more than once in a day. No auto refresh when I log into the app. Any action I perform takes a very long time - minutes when it should be seconds. Good concept but very poor execution.

Prior to upgrade it was slow, clunky and indicative of dinosaur tech to drive new edge technology. Nissan is completely out of touch with the people driving this car. Throw some money at the app development team and make something that will make users proud. This is almost useless. Well, completely useless after the upgrade.

Since beginning 2017 no longer connects. Prior, Endless wait to wake up the server in Australia; most of the time you get an error. So not much degradation

Is Nissan proud of their 1.5 star rating? I assume they are as they have done nothing about the complaints in 5 years. This is the slowest app I've ever used and incredibly unreliable. Today I had the hardware upgraded at Nissan because 2G is no longer supported by AT&T. Was hoping that might improve things. Nope. Slow as ever and locate, trip planning, etc... don't work at all. Sure am glad this is my kids car and I have a Tesla. ;) They know tech! Nissan Doesn't! (Seriously, I can walk to the car and turn on the heat faster than I can do it with the app)

This app does one thing and one thing only. Take up space on my phone. It was always slow but at least it worked. Now it's 100% useless. Just remove it from the App Store because there is no reason for anyone to download this app.

This app is quite painful to use, when the spinner comes up you're going to be there for a bit and it's not very pretty look at. Take a look at EVA, does a lot of the same things, A bit faster and looks great.
