What support?

I paid for a subscription on one camera. My SD card reader on the camera doesn’t work. Every time I try to close the door with an SD card in it, the camera just pushes the SD card in enough to make it want to eject. So I switched to cloud service. I PAID for it, and NOTHING. I’ve contacted support no less than 5 times and they haven’t helped at all. One person said I didn’t have a subscription linked to my camera? Then what is it linked to? What did I pay for? I check my subscriptions and it said I paid. I’m at the point where I’m going to stop using this app and this camera and go back to Arlo or Wyze.

Their App doesn’t work so to purchase the camera is a waste of money.

Great camera, the SD card will not work, look at other reviews to learn more, and poor customer support: -You will receive a generic customer service response as the service representative is not qualified to resolve your issues. -You will not be able to format your SD card for playback and will not be happy in the long run -Unless you are willing to pay for monthly cloud storage subscription, I would defer to a different camera.

Ok when they work. Slow to respond, very poor support to several problems. Had a camera out of the box that never did work. Couldn’t get any support for a replacement or to get it to work. Still sitting on my desk. The speakers are slow to let you talk to people and sometimes they don’t pick up the movement at all.

The cameras worked so well for about two months , now they work whenever they want to. Can’t get a hold of customer service to help.


Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had

I had a camera that was quick and easy to install, worked great for a month or two. Then it stopped working and I wanted to continue my subscription. Customer service literally said (I’d post picture but I don’t see a way to) “do it yourself” and sent me the website. One rep wouldn’t even type to me, would only send me screenshots of how I don’t have a subscription. At this point rather toss the camera and go with a different one who actually wants customers.


Disconnects from WiFi

I used to love this camera. But in recent months it won’t stay connected to my WiFi. Wondering if this change was due to a buggy update?
