Horrible App

The idea and formatting of the app is great but you can’t even view the camera feed smoothly. If I could return the camera, I would.

If u se SD doesn’t really archive / show motion detection section, so u have to manually scrub which is pointless

The camera works OK when you can get the app to work, hardly ever connects to the router! I would never have bought this camera had I known it was so difficult to connect!! Wish I could trade it in for one that works!
Alert viewing broken in app update

Everything was great until the last app update. Viewing notifications of motion alerts fails from the app. Please fix your app.

Did the app update and now none of the cameras videos can be viewed ?it just keeps saying data loading failed ! So annoying… have tried everything to fix it. Nothing has worked. Cameras are all working and getting notifications but can’t view any of the videos …. Great update wish I had never done it.

Not only did the orb cam disconnect from wifi after about one hour. The motion detection was terrible and the recording never worked. Don’t waste your money

Never use this company they have the worst customer service in the world and now I cannot view any playback video on any of my 9 cameras on my iPhone I can from my iPad but not my iPhone every time I call customer service they cannot help me they said Tech Support will notify you within 24 to 48 hours which never happens I’ve been waiting eight months for a replacement for my doorbell camera that was under warranty they tell me it’s a problem because their service customer support cent CG er is in Thailand and the company is in China go figure.

I see recording as I walk out to my truck but don’t see truck leaving. My wife’s car is leaving at that time & I see car leaving. This will not help if someone arrives and takes something. Won’t be able to provide evidence of that happening. Not good. System used to record 5 minutes of all events. Not now. Only records 22 seconds. Not happy with it after almost a year.
