Absolutely impossible

I can’t give a review on the camera because I was unable to set it up. The app is so bad I couldn’t believe it. First it told me my user name and password didn’t match (brand new account!). Then it said my email was already registered. I tried to reset the password and it said password was incorrect. I did this three times. Then I tried it with my work email. Same scenario. This junk is going back to Amazon.

I love the camera when it works, but it’s 50/50 in picking up people and movement. Half the time the mailman is identified and the other half the camera doesn’t record him. Wish there was a focus to set the distance we need. Same with people walking in front of the house. A couple of days ago, 2 adults walking their medium-sized dog was not identified, but bugs and flies are recorded every 5 minutes, probably due to their proximity to the camera. However, it will pick up a vehicle passing on the street beyond the entrance to our block-long cul d’sac. The only reliable way is see if there was anyone in our yard is to do playback and then I have to move it 3 seconds ahead manually or see it in real time. Wish there was a fast forward. Also, the speaker is very slow to respond and visitors are out of the driveway by the time my voice can be heard.

I have been using Netvue for the past 4 months and it has pretty good features but if you are going to UPDATE make sure it’s an UPGRADE. First The app logs me out from time to time. So I have to LOGIN TWICE in order to access my cameras. Now the GENERAL button on settings shows DATA LOADING FAILEd TRY AGAIN so i tap refresh arrows and nothing happens. It would also be nice to have DARK MODE botton since its white. I really like what you guys are doing for the safety of the people. On the positive note the HD looks good and the recording microphone reception has good clarity on recording to hear whats going on around the area. Thanks for your services!

I added this device to my WiFi and now I’m getting all kinds of security warnings from Shenzhen bilian. Whatever happened this week 4/19/2020 I started having security issues on Wednesday and now today on Saturday. Do you have a virus in your software?


“Best for Today” is the worst.

New update puts a section on top called”best for today”. I have 3 cameras all which fit perfectly on the home page. Until now. Have to scroll to see 3rd camera. Haven’t found how to remove this and can’t get ahold of anybody. Please put option to remove this crap.

I received the cam yesterday from amazon. I has given me a big headache trying to set it up. I even chatted with their help named Terry, without any good result. It's such a waste of time and money.

Worked fine for a few days quality isn’t perfect but not horrible... randomly stopped working and cannot get the video to work on the app I still get notifications like the camera it’s self is working but the video on the app doesn’t work

This app works fine for me. No issues at all. I’ve had this app for almost a year now and no complaints. As soon as there’s motion being detected, I get notified. Automatic pictures taken, history of any activity. Simple app and easy to use.

The hardware works fine. The trouble comes from the app. If I open the camera for a live view of the room, the app ignores my mute switch, ignores the volume all the way down and starts blaring the room sound at a ridiculously loud volume. Need to turn it down? Too bad! It ignores all volume controls on the phone. I have to close the app to make it stop. Today, the app started broadcasting loud sound without the app even open. Thanks.... my coworkers got a kick out of listening to my kid singing JINGLE BELLS JINGLE BELLS at a bazillion decibels. I have a fast connection and a top of the line WiFi router. Talking through the app doesn’t work at all. People in the room hear garbled sound if anything. You think the basic features would at least work a little. They need to fire the people who made this garbage app and start over because it’s only slightly better than worthless.

I’m in complete shock to see how anyone could have given this app any less than 5⭐️!! I have been using it for some time now, and it has always exceeded my expectations and I cannot even stress to you enough how easy it is to contact customer service right through the app, 24/7 and having a representative helping you within a matter of seconds!! ...well, at least it was the one and only time I reached out to them, and they had me recording video again within no longer than 2 1/2 minuets because it actually had no actual problems other than my own blonde moment for not even thinking about the cord not being fully connected in the socket!! My bad! Haha But anyways, I have had several different WiFi cameras so far, each with their own apps, and I specifically bought this one because it is fully compatible with Alexa and can be viewed on the Echo Show just with your voice, and I am not over exaggerating when I tell you how much this app and camera is a hundred times better than any other one I have used so far, and they are always coming out with more brilliant features making it better and better! I definitely recommend this app & brand over even the most expensive brands on the market right now! I’m actually planning on buying a few other camera models from them because I have that piece of mind knowing that they are only a few clicks away, and stand behind their products and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied! So sorry for the mile long review, but I have to give credit where credit is due! :)
