Can’t seem to find SD card all the time, and it is in there and has worked. Going to look for a different camera

i love how i can veiw live camera footage from app but there is absolutely no sound. ive checked all the settings to try to find a fix, where is my sound going? is it just non existent?

NetVue stores your security profile settings on their server which I prefer. After losing all my IPhone apps and after reinstalling NetVue, the camera profiles were there satisfactorily. It also doesn’t lose connectivity with my cameras which is another plus. Also I can playback video using the app. It’s a solid home security app to manage security devices.

I just don’t understand how the camera is very good and is a high quality product can be from the same company that this app is through. The app is absolutely terrible and you cannot stay on video screens for more than 30 seconds at a time. They need to take notes from Alfred app because they know what they’re doing and their app is free!!! And no I’m not Alfred advertiser. Go check how much better their app is than this waste of cloud space. Also why have we not been able to have web viewing enabled yet?! It’s much easier to hook up to a TV as a security cam when you can use browser modes on laptops and PC’s. I bet a lot of your users would be very satisfied if you could watch through browser, not just on mobiles. Constantly loosing WiFi connection

The cameras work great… when they actually work. I have three cameras hooked up to my WiFi and even when they are the only things connected to my wifi(high speed) they still show the no connection symbol, it’s becoming a very annoying problem, the time may have come for them to go if a WiFi connection solution doesn’t come in an update.
