Please change from military 24 hour time??!! More efficient if we could set the time either AM or PM,,,,,Should have purchased your competitors??

So my Netvue is set to record motion from midnight to 4AM. We’ve had it for a year and have never had any problems. Tonight at 8:56PM it recorded two pictures of my wife walking naked. When I clicked into the app it said my Netvue was disconnected but I was able to see the motion event. A few minutes later my Netvue connected again and is working fine. I confirmed my settings for motion recording to be from midnight to 4AM As they always have been. Seems really weird to me that it took pictures of her walking naked when she’d been home all day and didn’t get any of her waking around. Any explanation for this??

I just received this from Amazon, I downloaded the app today and set it up. The only complaint so far is I wish they had is noise notifications. I’m Not sure why everyone is claiming it’s difficult to set up because it was very easy, fast, and took me about five minutes. The night vision is very clear. I love how I can rotate the camera 360 or close to it, and up-and-down. I haven’t hung it on the wall yet but I really like how it gives me the option to set it on a flat surface or hanging on my wall. It has two way voice, recording, pictures, and a lot more I believe because you can do 24 seven record, and you can pick one to start and stop recording and what not.

It took a bit to set up. Customer service was nice. It needed firmware update. I unplugged 30s. Plugged and wait 2-4min. Remove the cam from app and add it again. Now it works. Just got. First day. If anything changes I update my comment but as of right now I’m happy customer.

Latest upgrades are huge improvement

The initial versions of this app are absolutely horrific. But the latest upgrades have definitely address some key issues around video playback stuttering etc. Also the new features work really well.

Version 5.1 is a big step backwards!

This new version is even more confusing and buggy than the previous. It keeps asking to set a playback duration and then some sort of calendar and number selector appears without any explanation or idea what you are entering. There is still no ability for delete by swipe or multiple deletes, and the alert notification on the icon still shows 81 events even though I deleted everything. How can I go back to the previous version?

My Netvue orb worked great for a few weeks but it suddenly stopped working and I don’t know what to do because it says it’s online and working. But when I try a live view it tells me the firmware is updating and to try again later (this has been going on for weeks), and it doesn’t register/record any motion alerts either. So it’s clearly not working. The camera just sits there and clicks randomly all day and has become a useless paperweight.

After the latest update I can no longer move the camera through the app.

My app has been in the “firmware updating” mode for over a week. I can’t see anything in my house.
