App and camera not working

App and camera not working. Cannot scan barcode on camera. Camera will not pop up. Will not connect to WiFi. Wish I would have gone with a different brand.

Realize this company will always send out crap updates for you to think there making the system better. It’s all smoke and mirrors updates. Everyone has the same issues there system is slow and it freezes. Not a dependable system and very dangerous for your safety. Save your money and buy something else. Don’t rely on notifications. It doesn’t work. Your safety is in danger if you depend on this company and cameras. This company runs there system off a old VCR. Still Junk..
Can’t set manual temp via app

This used to work but no longer since the last update. I can override the scheduled temperature setting on the thermostat by rotating but when I try and do the same via the app it makes me think it is changing the set temp but when i look back in the app it has reset back to the scheduled temp.

Coldest day of the year it has gone off line. Since day one Ive hated this device. I disabled learning part right away. then found out no hold button. So basically it is a very expensive manual thermostat. now offline an there is no reason for it. Have followed the instructions. can’t bring it back online. Its not my wifi....
