Low battery

My Nest is indicating it is disconnected from the WiFi and the battery is low. All other devices are working properly. So disappointed.
This “update” disconnected my Bluetooth!

On a good day this is the worst app hands down. But this New and improved app will not allow me to use my Bluetooth anymore. What a piece of garbage. Now I can’t hear if my son is having a seizure. Great job!! Thanks for the waste of money and time for buying this product.
GPS on always - Drains battery

This app is constantly using GPS, even when set to “only while using App.” Woke up to a dead phone and found out it was Nest. Finally just disabled GPS.
No iPhone X screen support

Works well but destroys battery

The app itself works fine. It connects to the thermostat quickly and almost 100% of the time. Temperature changes happen almost immediately and it’s nice to finally have the humidity level in the app. Using Home/Away assist hasn’t really hurt my phone battery life like I thought it would. BUT! If I leave the app open in the background my battery level will plummet rapidly. Starting at 100% it will end up below 20% after 8 hours of sitting idly at work while connected to WiFi. If I totally close the app there are no battery issues.

your updates r not helping us at all, as a matter of fact it makes it worse. we have 2 outside camera's & they have problems all the time, spinning, very blurry & no it is not my wi-fi connection Please fix, thank u

The app seems to work pretty good for me so far, the only issue that I’m having is when I leave it doesn’t actually go in away mode so it doesn’t go into eco-mode for me I have to manually put in away mode, but it knows I am way because my camera turns on for viewing but it still saying I’m at home. Therefore with this saying I’m home it doesn’t go on eco-mode hope you guys can fix this soon then I will give you five stars.
