Logging in and out

Mas Thai

This app along with my thumbprints and passwords run into conflict everyday while trying to log in. Other than that everything is peachy.

Hoping for Apple Watch support!

Fitness Prof.

Would love to see my balance - even poss transfer funds on my watch - as I can with my other credit union. Otherwise, this app has been flawless.

More local branches

NF has the best customer Service Department by far from any bank that I’ve dealt with. I only wish they had more local offices.

Need To Update Your Update

K'Shanti

Since the last two updates, I found that touch ID no longer works 90% of the time. This is particularly irritating when I’m stuck somewhere with very poor network signal.

Makes life easier

Awesome app. It is very easy to use and response is fast. Both on iPad and iPhone. Love the ability to make a mobile deposit, make credit card payment, transfer money to friends and FAM.

Update!!!

The App is great, but you guys should really update it too look nicer... not as plain. USAA has the right idea!

Broken

Update 7/23/18: Even more errors now…. When I initially worked with Navy Federal they promised to call me back within a week or two explaining what they were doing to fix the problem and what the actual issue was. It’s now been over 2 months and I’ve not heard a peep from them. Update 7/17/18: The last update I installed a week ago fixed the problem for a bit but it started again today just like before. Fingerprint authentication and passcode no longer works. After scanning my fingerprint it gives me no error but immediately asks me to enter my passcode. It then won’t accept my passcode and says “We are unable to sign you in, please try again.” If I try typing in the same passcode 5/7 times it will sometimes work. Force closing the app changes nothing. NFCU had me reinstall the app and nothing changed. They then deleted my quick sign in preferences from their end and had me set them up again, no change. I have this problem on both my iPad and iPhone. My iPad is updated to the most current iOS released several days ago, my iPhone is still on the last version of iOS.

Password section freezing

New update “July 2018” Is not working properly. When inputing password it freezes on caps lock

Why don’t you work on my iPhone 8???!

qazwdc57!

I recently switched from an iPhone 6s Plus to the iPhone 8 Plus and this app is all glitchy now. The easy sign in is perpetually unavailable and sometimes logging in won’t happen at all. I never had these problems with my old phone!
