Easy sign-in is messed up

1-star review right now because this problem is annoying. Will upgrade the review when this is fixed. The app overall is great but it keeps making me do the double verification process every time I log-in. I check my settings and it shows my device is the only one and verified. Why is it making me do the double verification every time???

Navy Federal you’ve made a decent app, but please just fix the widget. I signed out and back in, I tried re-downloading the app and made sure my settings were set to easy sign-in and sneak peak enabled. Am I missing something? I know it’s not a big deal but I can’t give a good rating if you promise features and can’t deliver. Also on a side note the UI is not what I’d expect from an institution like Navy Federal. It’s a great example of developers doing barely an okay job. I get the feeling it was either rushed or you guys tried so hard jamming every feature in so much that you neglected other aspects that needed some attention. This app hardly deserves 3.7 stars until it gets updated.

God forget it you should fall into some type of financial crisis. They will place all your checks including payroll including cashier checks all on hold. Even though you don’t have a history of overdraft not once but because you fall in a financial crisis and need to seek council be pleased everything on hold I’m surprised Navy Federal doesn’t place your cash on hold. Close my account with this credit union after 21 years. Absolutely horrible tellers and service.

If only all institutions followed this format for their banking app.. This is truly the best app. I also bank with 2 other financial institutions and they don't compare to this at all..

2-factor broke the app

Brand new app that was supposed to fix the sign-in issue, didn’t. App keeps crashing. Please stop telling everyone to call Digital Services; they’re not app developers. Just fix it. Perhaps doing some testing before release might help.
