My husband had NFCU before we married then I finally joined in 2013 I have used several banks in the past but this has been by far the best. Every time I call with a question or issues they are polite and very helpful and I never dread calling them with my concerns no matter how big or small. They make my life much easier and I’m glad I have them

I honestly used the USAA app for years then started using this one. I was surprised that the mobile deposit is so difficult. It’s so hard to get it to accept the picture of the check. I’ve had to take the photo several times, but with USAA it always worked on the 1st try. I’m not sure if it’s because they have better software engineers or what, but NFCU really needs to work on this.

Went from 5 stars to 2. I get asked for my pin EVERY time I get authorized via thumbprint. I have shut down 2-factor authentication and it asks for pin every time. Also, I doesn’t like the first FOUR times you correctly enter the pin either! Even if you type in carefully and meticulously, it will deny your first few attempts. Also can’t use the Bill Pay function any longer. Says they are experiencing ‘technical difficulties’ Not sure what that new great version release actually did except BREAK THE APP! I’ll give this thing a 5 stars once they fix it, but for now, you can F off mate!!

Why is bill pay not linked some how to my reoccurring payments. It seems as though when a reoccurring payment is made, it does not update the status to show whether it was paid or not, I then have to go back into the account and select market as paid.

The app is missing major functionality. It does not show scheduled bill payments. The app also does not indicate when I have a message. I was wondering why it was taking so long to receive a response. Not until I logged into the website did I see a message waiting for me. The app displayed 0 messages. This is totally useless if I can’t rely on it for these most important features.

I bank with navy federal and usaa, Navy federal is definitely a step down when it comes to getting things done. Usaa if you deposit a check or money order over the app it’s done immediately and sent to your account Navy federal on the other doesn’t deposit money orders via app and takes 2 days to give you all of the money that you deposit of over 200 dollars. The only up side to them really is getting paid a little early I’m definitely considering closing my accounts with them being that they only have a few branches and don’t compensate for that much.
