Why does every time I try to long in it says my account is locked, when i put in the correct password ? This needs to be fixed, thank you.

Used to not have a problem depositing a check thru the app. Now when I take a picture and try to submit it, it gives me an error page and tells me I need to sign the check. I have signed the check. It’s on a black surface with plenty of light and taken with an iPhone X. I quit counting after the 20th time I tried to submit it. Still hasn’t gone thru. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.

When login in after using fingerprint it keeps asking me for 4 digit pin even though I have fingerprint enabled. All this since last update. Will give it a zero start if I could

Okay, so I don’t know what’s happening, but lately, Touch ID has failed to login every time. It has me sign in by password instead and says LOG IN failed for Touch ID. Also, refreshing in the NFCU widget has failed or has sucked, regardless if it’s been on WiFi, 4G, both, etc. Hopefully it’s just the app and a simple tweak or bug fix can remediate the issue. Also, what would be cool, is if the widget had more features. Like maybe have a Most Recent Purchase section instead of Money In vs. Money Out. For Push Notifications, I think all transactions should yield a push notification. Sometimes, I like to know what I buy in a day, so maybe have a notification for daily transactions. It would also be cool if we can toggle on/off a budget for the day, and when we get closer, a notif will appear saying you cannot spend more. Other than that, your app is amazing and your bank is the best bank I’ve done business at. Thanks NFCU!!!

For some reason the “sign off on exit” option is greyed out. I uninstall the app and re-install and everything is fine. Close the app and open it the next day and the bug has returned. Cannot see uninstalling and reinstalling every day. I’ll just use the web site through the browser if this can’t be fixed ASAP! Devs please fix this very annoying bug. iPhone 7 Plus. iOS 11. iTunes 12.7. Windows 10. Latest update fixed everything! Yay! Now it is perfect for me!

Worst app on my phone

Up until about a month ago this app was just fine and worked great. Recently, it takes me 5-10 times to login every single time for some reason. Says it can’t log me over and over. Then magically it works. Most annoying and frustrating thing that can happen with an app. Deleted, re-downloaded, refreshed, doesn’t matter. Until fixed, app is garbage
