Mobile Deposit Function INOP

Multiple times last year in 2021 had issues with making a Mobile Deposit. Would have to take a photo of back of check about 5 times. Can longer complete a deposit. Called CS a couple of weeks ago. They walked me through the process to no avail. Said I'll have to make an ATM deposit at a different CU as the nearest NFCU is 50 miles away. Decided to do a 'net search to see if other customers have same problem. Turns out NF has had this problem for a while yet I was never told this by Customer Service. Was made to think problem is on my end. Updated phone to IOS 15.2. Was able to make deposit. Bought new iPhone 13. Not able to make mobile deposit. Haven't seen any reviews newer than a year.
A Credit Union that Lacks Business Sense

I used to see credit unions as a great alternative to traditional banks with their high fees and profit motives. I now see that organizations like Navy Federal are Credit Unions because they apparently lack the business sense to see beyond the superficial and invest their resources wisely. I’ve been a NFCU member for a few years now and, despite having a decent credit rating and a few million dollars in assets and holdings, have been denied everything from auto loans to mortgages to even so much as a business account. It seems abundantly clear to me that this is not a quality financial institution run by competent financial professionals.
Lost wallet

Thought I lost my wallet with everything important including other credit cards and bank card. If it had not been for the freeze card I would of been highly concerned of the use of my card. Luckily I found my wallet that my dog had in his toys, I was able to unfreeze my card without having a new card replaced as a lost card and the convince of Navy Fed Freeze app made me feel safe from worries!
