Goes offline way too much. Always seems to happen when I need to use it. My router is only 20 feet away too.

Good start, but now that I have he HomeKit setup, I would like to request that the app adds automation. For example, the ability to assign the garage door to close automatically if it’s left open for a certain period of time - not just an alert. That small change would be killer!

Door is closed and app says it is open! I’m not getting notifications anymore. Useless if not accurate!

If I could give anyone advice and piece of mind...do NOT buy the Chamberlain “Smart Hub”. It is an absolute piece of garbage. Please check out All the message boards about this product first! It worked for 1 week and then quit. It is easy to setup, but the product is just NOT GOOD! Very poor instructions, customer service? What customer service. You WILL spend a lot of your time trying to troubleshoot this product. Time you will never get back. Just some advice if I may pass it along. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Normally, this app is a lifesaver. It makes life sooo convenient especially since I work so far from home. I have an alert set to let me know if my garage door is open for more than an hour, and I can close it from my phone. Perfect! But the last couple days, it’s been out of sync somehow. The sensor works fine, but the app is telling me the door is open when it’s really closed, and when I close it from the app, it opens the door... the opposite of the safety I’ve been enjoying the last year and a half. What’s the deal? How can I fix this??

App works well. My reason for a 3 I'd a hardware issue. The hub will only run 2 garage doors. This seems a bit silly as most myq compatible doors come with a three button opener. I don't know why they would make the hub so it will only run two.
