This app never had a great UI but at least it worked. I had read other reviews about it breaking after updates so I avoided it as long as I could, but recently I stopped getting notifications so it forced my hand. Unfortunately now it doesn't work at all and it removed one of my doors. It's totally broken not a single feature works. Terrible.
Schedule won’t work

It seems a simple schedule (close door at 11pm every night) that use to be a standard feature doesn’t work anymore. From what I can research online, it was disabled about the same time they started charging a fee to integrate with IFTTT. If this is true, nobody should purchase a myQ garage door opener or myQ controller from them. TERRIBLE customer service by not allowing schedules to work in their app.

Not happy with app. Customer support had me disconnect battery, disconnect one of the leads. Can’t register with my smartphone as it won’t let me log on. Sending me new gateway so will see

Update: 06-01-18 I will be away from my home and the garage door is shut. Then I get an alert saying it’s been open for an hour (it wasn’t open). The alert was supposed to be for 15 minutes. So, now, I think the door is open when it’s really closed. So I “close” it. But then I get an error message. Frustrating. Never know if the door is open or closed. Haven’t even had this unit for two weeks. ==== But god forbid I want to integrate IFTT or Google Home to your account your crap out of luck. Chamberlain wants to charge you for each service such as Google services or IFTT. I cannot fathom how Chamberlain even has the audacity to charge for each service much less any service at all.
Doesn’t work anymore

The MyQ app was connected to my opener until two weeks ago. Replaced battery in the sensor. Nothing. Downloaded the app again. Nothing. Got a new hub, and can’t get it to work. WiFi signal is unchanged. I’m at a loss as to what to do next. Mike

Well before anyone buy this product, try calling them for support! Their app stopped working and it was giving network error, even though i had 100+ mb connection Reseted the product no help. They dont believe in TS. Dont just take my word to research online on how mamy people are not getting response
