Love it, but there’s a bug! – MyQ Smart Garage Control Review

Normally, this app is a lifesaver. It makes life sooo convenient especially since I work so far from home. I have an alert set to let me know if my garage door is open for more than an hour, and I can close it from my phone. Perfect! But the last couple days, it’s been out of sync somehow. The sensor works fine, but the app is telling me the door is open when it’s really closed, and when I close it from the app, it opens the door... the opposite of the safety I’ve been enjoying the last year and a half. What’s the deal? How can I fix this??
