Can't even get past the sign up because the screen won't scroll LOL. What a disaster of a company. Garage wifi doesn't work... no customer service whatsoever...

Like the app and like the concept when it’s working correctly. However, when trying to set up a new schedule I select the garage door opener device and the only option it gives me is close. I’m trying to set up a new schedule to open the door daily for my child is coming home from school, right now I can’t do that. Please help.

This app has been great and worked well in the past. However the last update constantly has to be re-paired. It is very frustrating. Possible reason- when I’m leaving the driveway and lose Wifi, it switches to LTE. This is where I’ve noticed the problem beginning. Then it says connection error and the entire device is frozen. I previously did not have this problem.

I have had this installed for about a month. It does reliably tell when the door is open or closed and I can control it from my watch and app but that’s where it stops. NO Alexa support, NO guest access for the app (they even went as far as to suggest sharing your password to guests in their forums), NO auto open option without the HomeBridge for addl $100, and NO reliable Wink connection. I will probably end up DIYing a solution to bring these features that could/ should be included as they are in the competition and they have been saying some of the features will come “soon” for 2 years.

Works fine, then will not open and crashes. Reinstall. Will work for a day, then crashes. Repeat... (iPhone X)

Needs more automation

Would like the ability to set the garage door to automatically close after opening. Had a third party app (Wink) set up to do it but the integration with myQ was discontinued. Very annoying! Just build the feature into the app!!!

Give us scheduling for stand alone MyQ. You advertised scheduling and then take the ability away. Support claims it’s a battery issue with door sensor. FIX IT! Been lied to for over a year and a half that you’re working on it. BS! Liars. I won’t buy another Chamberlain product. Garageio here I come.

5/11/2018 -thanks for adding Carousel view back in. Not sure why it was taken away in the first place but it redeem to be put back. The other views were too small. 5/30/2017 update: They scammed their customers. They disabled schedule features which were active when unit was purchased and promised to make them active after updates. However, they did not do that - they are instead coming out with a model and want to charge for the upgrade to get the features which used to exist before their reprogramming. App keeps stopping and have to remove and reinstall to get it to register and operate door. What's wrong with you guys? A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against them for their deceptive conduct.

I cant get the app to open. I will download it and it works great the next day it will not open??? I have done this 3 times and I am getting very frustrated that the app will not open for me. I may just delete the app altogether.
