Too complicated

Only works about half the time.

I would never rely on this to let someone in. Half the time it won’t connect.

This app works great for me to open the garage. Unfortunately none of my other family members can open it since it only allows one user. Without this feature I cannot give this app more than 3 stars and that’s generous.

So far the app is working fine. Only 3 start due to the lack of backward compatibility with older version of iOS (10) for iPad. Have iPads setup at my house to control all the automated stuff and can use to control my garage doors. Wish they would make some changes. Besides that great app so far.
Wish you could change alert tone

I guess I was lucky, my opener connected right away with no bridge and the app worked with right away. Only real hiccup is it loads slow.
Unable to Schedule Close

The app works fine except I am unable to schedule an evening close. An error dialogue box always appears. I keep hoping each update will correct this issue.
MyQ lates update is garbage

App and the hub worked great for two years. After latest updates constantly loosing Wifi connection, hub offline messages, 309 error codes, very frustrating. Resetting three times by now, wiping out hub settings and resetting to factory settings, works for an hour and back to same collection of error messages.
Wifi issues

Everything was working great for a month, but know is not recognizing the WiFi signal after a couple of hours for no reason. It’s annoying to install the device 2-3 a day.
Cannot log in

On vacation and attempted to log in to verify door. Password would not work so I attempted to reset. After three tries on three different devices never received a password reset email. The app security is fantastic as it doesn’t allow anyone to log in. Would not recommend.
