App crashes

I can’t open the app on my iPhone X. It works great on my wife’s iPhone 8. On my phone it crashes a second or two after I try to open the app. Currently useless to me, please update!!

Major Garage Door Security Flaw

The main reason I bought this product is it said it would check if my door was up and if so, it would close it. For two years it has said “For your security, schedules to close your garage door have been disabled.” Horrible and misleading.

Just downloaded but continuously crashes (iPhone X) despite reinstalling.

Love the idea but app won’t reopen, keeps crashing, even tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, nothing works

Just set up the app yesterday and it worked fine up until I closed the app. The next time I tried to open the app, it just kept crashing. I tried rebooting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app twice. It continues to crash. The garage door opener itself is nice, but the app is total garbage.

Was excited at first, but after setting it up, it would not communicate with my opener. Highly disappointed in the product. Now the app, it crashes!!! After my iPhone locks the screen, I could not get it to open again, have to uninstall and reinstall. Send an update quick!!! Or, I will be sending it right back to Lowe’s!!!
