App is outdated. Most schools are now requiring all activity payments to be through MyPaymentPlus but you are only able to pay for cafeteria purchases through the app which makes it useless if you still have to go to a computer to pay other school fees.

This app has been crashing on me for a few weeks now. Every time I try to apply a payment it blanks out. Can you fix this please?

It rarely works. I usually have to go to the website, but the website doesn’t work well either. It is a huge pain!
Login still doesn’t work on app but does on Mac

My problem has persisted through a new phone, all updates, multiple years. The same login that I use to sign in on the website using Safari won’t work on the app. I contacted tech support which was useless, they told me to signup. I have signed up, it won’t let me signup again (I tried). Tried again today. App said password or login was wrong, used same login/password combo in Safari on both my Mac and the same phone and logged in just fine. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Phone’s been restarted many times. Still the app is useless.

The current version no longer works for me on either iPad or iPhone X, using current iOS version. I'll have to go to my son's school in person to write them a check.

I received a letter from my kids school saying i got a negative balance but according to the app i have a positive balance. I mistakenly accused my kid not eating food at school because the app doesn’t update anymore

The app is VERY outdated but it works just fine as the title says. I do wish they would update it so that it would use features of the newer phones such as Face ID and the Fingerprint to login for better security. I would also love to see a nicer interface on the app because it’s obvious it hasn’t been updated in many years. As far as doing what it is supposed to do though. You it lets me add money to my kids’ lunch accounts, add more payment types, see what my kids are spending their money on at the school cafeteria. I’ve been using the app for a few years now without issue. I find it very convenient to be able to check and add funds to my children’s lunch accounts from anywhere.

This app used to work, I guess apple’s OS updates may have something to do with it. This app crashes every time I enter payment info from my iPhone. When I went to the website to pay, I see the tab/link for Google Play is there but not for Apple Store. Hmm. It works great to see what my child spends EVERYDAY at school. But don’t know what she eats! LOL Don’t know who's idea it was to to have two accounts at this school which doesn’t help the popularity. LOL “Myschoolbucks” is so much better. The schools need to be a little more open minded.
Won’t allow me to login

The app won’t even let me login. And yes my login & password are correct. I can login the website fine although it’s not accurate. My child’s account has had the same balance with no history showing for over a week.
