Fantastic, Constantly lmproving

Multi platform keeping everything in sync regardless of platform. I’ve been using for many years, amazing depth of functionality. Amazed publications don’t sing its praises everywhere, nothing else comes close.

Crucial to my daily activities

I maintain a large outline consisting of tasks and information. Robust sync between the Iphone and Windows laptop. Feb 2018 Still vital, daily use.

Great productivity tool

Zoe Rayne

I spent weeks with free trials of different GTD-compatible programs and apps, trying to find the perfect one for the way I work. I even have a spreadsheet for all the features (weighted based on their importance, utility, and how well they were implemented in each program). The result of all my analysis? For a user who’s looking for a solution that can sync between iOS and a Windows (or Windows-friendly web-based) environment, MLO is head and shoulders above the competition. There are a few less-than-intuitive things that keep me from giving a full five stars, but active development and openness to user feedback on the part of MLO’s devs is a very positive sign.

Task manager with the most headroom

Mud arch

The problem with most other task manager apps is that as your needs change over time, you bump up against their limitations, eventually forcing a painful migrations to a new app. MLO is sufficiently powerful and flexible that this never occurs; you never really outgrow it. As such your investment in buying, customizing, and mastering MLO really pays off.

Awesome personal organizer

Intuitive. Great cloud sync. Nice Windows version too.

Best task manager ever

Jimvw2

MLO gets a B+ from this long-time user for its versatility and ability to facilitate project management without having to enter all the data required by full blown project management software, particularly bid and budget data. That said, it would great if MLO's projects feature could actually generate critical path charts or Gantt charts. And I would really like it if MLO would add an appointments calendar to its offerings. If it had a robust calendar, I would use that instead of MS Outlook. MLO Would then be my Go To app for ALL my time and project management needs. It's so close already. Still MLO remains the most comprehensive and useful task manager out there, particularly because of it's cloud syncs feature that allows me to use it across multiple platforms, a critical advantage over competitors.

Great Organisation

i dont know what else to try

This app is very well thought out. It’s very deep but everything is logical and nothing seems redundant. The basic kishkes of it is the hierarchy which is extremely logical and doesn’t limit it you in how to arrange folders, project, tasks etc. This also means that you should have an idea of how you want to use it because it’s so powerful and doesn’t really push you into using it in any specific way as many other apps do (which may be better if you just want to make some basic flat lists.) I actually recommend starting on the free version because you can become familiar with the basic functions before you have all the unlimited options. In fact, I once recommended the developer to develop a lite version (without even seeing the extra options in the app) for a lower price as it may appeal to many people who want fewer options but still the great hierarchy system which I don’t think I’ve seen in any other app. Thanks for a great app! Keep up the good work!

Light years ahead of other task managers

Super Critic

MLO is amazing. The app is easy to use but has such a wealth of sophisticated features that you'd think you were using a desktop app on your device. For example the outlining function alone is head and shoulders above even dedicated iOS outlining applications with hoisting and filtering, and custom views. No other task manager is even in its league.

MLO is great

I like that they have Windows, iPhone, iPad support so I can add tasks and seamlessly continue anywhere.

MLO helps manage multiple projects

Raysir Rex

I am currently using MLO to keep track of and prioritize no less that 15 different projects and their sub-stream dependencies. This program is extremely easy and quick to use and I especially love the alarm and reminder features. They help keep everything on track.
