Very useful organizer

Best organizer I've tried so far! Tree structure is very clear and easy to use, filters allow me to concentrate solely on work projects when I'm in a business trip or personal stuff when I'm at home. I have MLO and cloud sync on my iPhone, Android and desktop which makes it easy to assign tasks (like shopping lists or paperwork) with my wife. The only functionality I miss (or didn't find how to do this) is exporting completed projects with notes (maybe even pictures) into PDF format as a report. Thanks a lot for awesome tool!
Best GTD app suite

This is the best GTD implementation that I was able to find thus far, and I had been looking for years - I use both the iPhone and Android versions for day to day work and Inbox input, iPad version for weekly reviews, and the desktop version for even higher level reviews and some of the more complex project work - all seamlessly synced via the cloud. I only wish input parsing in mobile versions was as flexible as the desktop Rapid Task Entry one (multiple task entry, multiple contexts, parsing switches, etc) and the iOS version had a home screen widget.. Other than that - amazing job!

I feel this is a good task organizer. I wish it were a little more user friendly /intuitive. I look forward to using it more and get more accustomed to its features! I know I'm already becoming more productive with this app.
MLO is highly functioning app!

MLO is a fantastic project planning app. It allows tasks to be created by specifying it's importance, and assigning the situations or Contexts needed to perform the task like "Make a call". This allows you to look at a to-do list of tasks that can be worked on ordered by context or priority.

I have used this for three years and it just gets better. The options allow you complete control but they also keep you on task and weed out the clutter. If I need intricate detail, it's there. If I ust want a task list or due dates, it's there. If I want repeating reminders, it's there. Anything you can image a task program doing, THIS does! Love that it syncs between mobile and desktop. Amazing program to use and I highly recommend!!!' Give yourself time to imagine how you like to sort your "stuff" and I guarantee MLO can accommodate you!
