It refuses to fully delete from my phone.

Sure, there may be a somewhat steep learning curve for MLO, but to start using it is easy, and once you get it, the flexibility is impressive, especially across different platforms like Windows and iOS using the Sync service. The fact that the developer stands by its product was a key decision point, and it continues getting better. UPDATE: Have been using the software for several months, no issues, very flexible and easy to use, it keeps getting better.

I've used most of the IOS task apps. MLO is the most robust and effective mobile task management solution. Excellent categorical and indexing features. Tagging, Project and goal based functions all work together seamlessly and effectively. The Professional price is too steep for the home user, but the features are very useful. If it were possible to get the pro features at ~5 that did not include some more of the business features, e.g. Syncing with teams, work session, workflows, automation, etc (then have different business license). I would purchase it (and I expect many others would too). Only reason it's not 5 stars.

MLO now w Siri is WONDERFUL

I have used My Life Organized (MLO, or "my lo") for 6 yrs over various platforms. When, earlier this year, I (finally) moved to iPhone from Android, I had dnld the MyLO app. But it didn't seem to be as convenient as the Siri Notes and Reminder apps. We all know that when using a time / project management system, Importance, Urgency and Context are what truly make it work effectively; using the Apple based lists and appt. apps with Siri was easy but not useful. When I heard that MyLO had Siri service, I jumped on it and haven't looked back. It's great! I keep MyLO open in the background. Just "hey Siri. Remind me to call Mom tonight when at home" and the verbal command is first, briefly, stored in the Reminder app, then quickly moved to my <inbox>. (So fast, I've never actually see it there, but MyLO tells me it has transferred.) The entry is complete, with the Due Date and Context already set. It has completely freed me from any 'temporary' or 'intermediate' paper notes. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

Having managed many projects as a professional and juggling tasks within projects is just the way I think. Until now, I've never seen an iOS app that takes professional PM features and wraps it in a VERY nice package such that you can create multiple projects with sub-tasks, then filter/sort/view whatever you want simply to arrange your day! There are so many features yet they're not difficult to use. I'm so happy others think like me and created this incredible app! Thank you!!!

Great except sync and Google calendar

I love everything about this app except two things. First, you cannot sync an iPhone to an iPad over wifi. You must pay for the cloud sync service. Second, you cannot sync to your Google calendar. Those updates would make this app perfect!

I use this to organize and prioritize my home and work life. I can show or hide what I want depending on where I am. I like the new features that allow deleting of old tasks, and also quicker entry (I think they call this “parsing tasks feature” on their web site). The templates helped me try out a few ways of organizing before settling on one that works for me.
