Nothing else even comes close

Kris-MLO-user-since-2006

***Update 2018 - I now have an Apple Watch and use MLO on there as well. I’d be lost without this program! *** I've been using MLO since 2006 - on my computers, PDAs, smartphones, iPhone.... If you're new to MLO and find it a bit overwhelming as a phone app - I highly recommend having the desktop version for the initial setup of your thousands of things. I do the main organizing there and sync to my phone for daily execution of tasks and to add a quick task or two. I've tried a bunch of other programs, but they were always lacking some feature that MLO has. (I call it MyLO instead of M.L.O. because it is like my personal assistant.) Every aspect of my life is in this program. My PDA, phone, and tablet purchases have all been made based on their ability to run MLO. (Please make a Windows app version for my tablet). This is my one must have program for which there is no substitute. There's a great user forum and the support over the years has been awesome!

Love this App!

I have been using MLO as my GTD system for 3 years now, and I love it!!!! I can not image life without it. I tried several GTD systems prior to MLO but this was the most customizable and flexible and the only app that was useable across all of my needs. With a busy consulting business, several rental properties to manage, frequent coast to coast travel, vacations, storage management, family and social engagements and dates/gifts to remember, and multiple educational and personal projects to manage, I need a system that allows me to "capture" tasks and ideas on the fly (walking down the ramp to board a plane), keep my entire todo list organized and easily reviewed, keep deadlines and top priorities visible with alerts and calander views, manage contexts (what can I do with 15 minutes to spare at the airport? My @Airport context list on MLO!) sync seamlessly between desktop and phone, remind/alert me when I drive by (my storage unit, Trader Joes, Home Depot, Staples, etc...) of something I need to pick up, and so much more. MLO is not the most visually attractive system out there, but ultimately I chose functionality over form and I am pleased to see that MLO is constantly improving. I am looking forward to seeing upcoming compatibility with Apple Watch. It would be awesome to see alerts and be able to capture on the fly with my watch. MLO does have a learning curve, but the time spent can save you countless hours later. It would have been nice if there were more video tutorials available when I was learning, but that, like everything else with MLO, is constantly improving. If you need to simplify and manage a highly complex life, I HIGHLY recommend MLO.

Good To Do List App

I like The feature where you can sync between your phone and your desktop computer.

I Couldn't Live Without It

I have been using MLO for years. It is the one app that keeps my life in order. I couldn't live without it. Outstanding!

Finally getting on track

So far I’m quite happy with this software. I’m currently considering purchasing the desktop version as well. I’ll update this review with more details once that’s done.

Best Planning/ToDo App

AtThePoint

Overall, MyLifeOrganized is the best combination Planner, To Do List, Reminder and Organizer application available on the market today. The user interface has many features, yet is flexible and easy to understand. Though not all encompassing (I don’t think that it accepts and sync’s images - I could be wrong), the programmers look for and find ways to add new and useful features to it. It’s cross platform and available on Windows, iOS and Android. I sync across all three.

Project Management and Ongoing Review

ChiPwr

I have played around with a number of to-do lists, project management apps, calendars, habit trackers, and daily planners. My Speech Language Pathologist who works with brain injury patients has been helping me with these activities and finding apps that will help me. The one app I used to use for major projects while I was working is no longer supported, so I would have to buy a new version. Urgh! Since this one had a free preview, I decided to try it along with the others I downloaded. This one is by far the most comprehensive and is easy on the eyes. It is complex, and for my purposes, I really need the capability to sync across my iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch 2 to fully utilize and evaluate the app. I am applying to have the free month cloud service to see if this app will really work for my scrambled brain. I plan on updating this review once I try out the sync features.

Great windows / iPhone app for Getting Things Done

Ralph Jr.

I came to the app by way of their excellent Windows application. This is one of the few to work on Windows and iPhone. It can seem overly complicated at first, but it really does have all the hierarchy / bites / pxrioritizeation and sorting needs to be great. Defiantly better than Todoist or Any.do in my opinion and more useful for organizing a GTD workflow than Evernote. Note: much nicer with cloud sync. You do need to buy the app on both iPhone and Windows and cloud sync (3 purchases) to get it all, but it's worth it for me. You can do free iPhone and wifi sync to save some $$ if necessary but I like the cloud syncing multiple files - work / home.

Really Enjoy App

Southerngyrl82

I enjoy the app to keep track of my life personally and professionally. I would really like to have this app for my Mac book. It would be easier to use the app with my team as we all have Mac in our office.
