Toodledo, todoist, don't forget the milk, ms project, goals on track, excel, anydo and about 1000 more. Found this on a 5th page of a google search while suffering from mass depression. Changed my life.

I've tried many apps in search of a powerful, intuitive way to manage tasks and information. If you’re only managing a 10 item to-do list, there are simpler apps. But if you are seeking a more complex to-do list or a way to manage information, I believe My Life Organized is the best. Very flexible and customizable. My iPhone, iPad, and Windows laptop stay in perfect sync using their optional Cloud Service. Great user community on a Yahoo forum to get tips and ask questions.
