I've tried many apps in search of a powerful, intuitive way to manage tasks and information. If you’re only managing a 10 item to-do list, there are simpler apps. But if you are seeking a more complex to-do list or a way to manage information, My Life Organized is a great choice. Very flexible and customizable. My iPhone, iPad, and Windows laptop stay in perfect sync using their optional Cloud Service. Great user community on a Yahoo forum to get tips and ask questions.
Excellent .. but

The application is excellent and i have been using it for years on windows and recently on iOS, but they kinda force you to write a review with this repeat annoying pop up asking to do so, I hope it will stop after this review

So far, this is the best version of MLO I've found. I love seeing the day's tasks in relation to my calendar events on the iphone. It's the only way to go.

Excellent way to tackle tasks & projects

The thing I like about MLO is that it can be as easy or expansive a task / project managing app as you want it to be. From a simple todo list to managing multiple large projects as I do with it. An amazing app that is worth the price.
Way better than a basic calendar

This is so much easier than setting separate reminders for everything. I love that I can organize tasks into groups, set alerts for when and WHERE they need to be done, and highlight those that are important. This app thought of everything.

Very polished app for organizing my tasks, and the developers are very responsive. You need to spend sometime figuring it all out but the hints and tips provided in the app really help.
