For the price I pay for this app, it should be running a hell of a lot smoother than what it is.

This does not work very well. Very slow and nine times out of ten whatever you try to do fails. They advertise this as a car finder and “get your car back if stolen” but it only finds your car in a one mile radius. If your car is stolen hope it was one of your neighbors, otherwise you will never see it again.
Please fix!!

They need to do better with this app especially since I paid almost $300 for a subscription service and the app keeps crashing. Why offer an service if you know there’s problems with the apps preformance.

More often than not the app does not work. It worked great for about 3 mos- now, it’s a miracle if it works. Very disappointing. Hoping Hyundai, or whoever, provides a fix to this.

7/6/2019. App takes forever to boot (open). Is anyone home at Bluelink. Turn up the server. Please. I can walk to the car, get in and turn it on b/f the app opens. I can’t book an appoint or save s preferred dealer b/c it’s greyed out. ——- 12/5/2018. New update, can’t log in. App wants me to call. This is NOT a app you can depend on. They are asking me to wait on the phone 30 minutes.

This works about half the time. Terribly frustrating. The app will not even come alive sometimes. Other times you put in a code to start the car or open the doors and it just says the app is unavailable. It is the least favorite outfit I have.

Don’t like this app. Every time I start the car through the app then attempt fails. I have never been able to auto start my car because of this!

I’m lucky this service is free right now so I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money. It is so insanely slow and errors out all the time. I definitely won’t be opting I for the paid service once this expires. I was so excited to have a remote start feature for the winter, however I think it’s going to be a ya better, less frustrating, and ultimately cheaper option to get a remote start with a fob. The app is absolutely worthless. Hyundai needs to do something about it if they expect users to buy in to using this garbage.
