Garbage

Cheesy D.

How can a multinational corporation as large as Hyundai create such a horrible, garbage app? First, I pay nearly $200/year for he ability to remote start because they only offer the option through this app then, when I actually go to remote start, the app takes 30-60 seconds to load, or just crashes multiple times, altogether. It’s mind boggling to me that single individuals can create more stable apps than a company with virtually unlimited capital. Chevrolet, for all of their faults, offers a much better app FOR FREE. Tesla allows you to basically do anything you want through their app and it apparently works almost flawlessly. It’s 2019! Fix this terrible app if you’re going to force people to pay for simple features then force them to use an app!

Sometimes Yeah. Sometimes no

Bfishe

The reliability of this app is poor. Definitely not something you can count on working. Currently locked out of my car because I thought I could rely on it. #plsfix

Awful

Miracleair

It ised to be hinky, especially when trying to schedule an appt. Now the stupid thing doesn’t even open anymore - you just get an error message.

Doesn’t work, horrible customer service

??????????kt

The app didn’t work and was showing an error message. Called customer support and after being on the phone for an hour of switching to different representatives they hung up.

Garbage app

Suburbazine

Says my XS Max running iOS 12.4 is jailbroken. Utter garbage.

Fix off peak charging bug please

EV DJ

Please fix the bug that switches your saved off peak charging time from PM to AM. It prevents us from using this important money saving feature!

Slow and unreliable

jtradi

This app is soooo slow We can lock and unlock my truck with Onstar 5 times before this unlocks our Tucson once. Also probably an honest 20% of the time we try to use it, we get an error telling us system unavailable and to try again later. What a joke.

Just FYI

I have read some of the reviews here and thought I would maybe help some of you. I will try to keep this short.? Blue Link works something like your phone. When you park your vehicle and before you turn it off, look at the display in the top right corner. You should see a signal indicator, just like on your phone.Do you have any bars? If not blue link will not work. 1 bar and it’s hit and miss. Try parking your car where you get good signal. The delay problem. Your car will go to sleep, just like your phone and pc. This is to keep from draining the battery. So it might take a couple of times for the signal to wake up the car. Could it be better? Sure but you don’t want to get in the car and it won’t start because the system has drained the battery. I hope this helps some of you. When I first got my car home it never worked. I noticed the signal indicator and backed the car up a couple of feet and the signal went up to 2 bars and it works now every time.

Horribly Disappointing

I really love my new 2019 Kona but the blue link app is horrible. It rarely works. And on the rare occasion that it does work, it’s really, really slow. For example, if you want to lock your doors and then start your car (via the app), be prepared to wait a good while just for the doors to lock (if they lock at all). It doesn’t matter whether one is on WiFi or strong cell coverage. It also doesn’t matter if you’re standing right next to the car or you’re inside your house or place of work. It just doesn’t work.

Only works half the time

PossumPete

Can't schedule service. Remote start is hit or miss. Doors always show as unlocked even though they are locked.
