And now front defrost not working

Updated post: they fixed my first issue thank you very much. Now that I am able to use the app I’ve noticed that my front defrost doesn’t seem to work. I have it set for front and rear and I come out to the car and my back glass and my mirrors are clear but my front is not. The temperature gauge is working just fine but my fan is on one. How are you supposed to clear your windshield if you don’t have your fan on. It doesn’t matter what I leave it on when I shut the car off at night and there’s no control for the fan on this app. I’m sure glad it’s a free trial and I’m not paying for it. It makes me log in every time. Keeps telling me my “refresh token” has expired. Such a pain in the a••. FIX THIS!!!!!

Great update allowing Face ID! Thanks! Needs improvement in the boot/processing speed of commands. Needs improvement in the user interface to look a bit better and not so basic. But that is just a cosmetic improvement request. Overall good app! For those who complaint. Go and take a look at the Mazda app.

By looking at other reviews and my old phone that I had a couple years ago when I was introduced to this app I’d say it’s performance is based partially on your phone the higher end phone the better otherwise loading isn’t a big deal since I know it’s using satellite it works as expected for me

Just tried to use the app to schedule maintenance for my wife’s car. It won’t let me scroll down to select the maintenance I needed, much less submit it. Needs to be fixed!

Wouldn’t download this or use this service. Didn’t even know I was enrolled, and after 3 months they charged me for an entire year of coverage with them. A total of $321.50 with no warning. Pointless, useless, unprofessional, and practically a scam.

Critical features are unusable due to bugs

I want the car to charge only between 9 PM and 8 AM— in other words, overnight. This is due to electric utility off-peak rates. The app will not save any off-peak start/end times that have PM. After I save and exit the app, when I reopen it is displays off-peak hours as 9 AM - 8 AM. This renders this feature completely useless. FIX NOW PLEASE!
